I need to exchange my purchase - what do I do?

You have 14 days from receiving your product to return any unwanted items back to us. We will not under any circumstances accept an exchange for items that have been sent after the 14-day exchange period. If we find your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse exchange for the product/s.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders £300 & above
  • UK delivery and shipping £9.99 (up to 5 working days)
  • Overseas delivery and shipping £19.99 (up to 10 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracking System
  • Please note: Our shipping days are Monday - Friday
  • If you place any orders after 11am on Friday or Saturday & Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday.
  • We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your orders.
How can I pay?

You can pay with any of the following valid debit/credit cards and payment methods:
Visa
/MasterCard
/American Express
/PayPal.
You’ll need to give us the same billing address for the card as is held by your credit or debit card company.
We also use the banking verification system that requires your unique password associated with the card used at payment. This securely protects you and us from fraud.
We process your payment at the time you place your order.

I am getting an error message when using the site. What should I do?

If you see an error message when using the site, try using your web browser's refresh button to refresh the page you are on. It may be a temporary issue that exists between our site and your browser. If you continue to see the error, please let us know by emailing us at: info@howardandcoattire.com  Please include as much information as possible, such as the error message itself, the web page address where you are experiencing the problem, the web browser you are using, and your computer's operating system. We'll investigate the problem and get back to you as soon as we can.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

You will receive the exact same product as seen on our website. We would like to notify our clientele that our photos are taken by a professional photographer and are taken in different scenery and lightings, so please bear in mind that these things can make look slightly different, but we put a lot of effort and investment into this so we don’t have any disappointment and misleading.

What is your returns policy?

EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE TO UK PURCHASES ONLY.

Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition. Items such as underwear and swimwear are exempt and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty due to health and hygiene reasons.  

PLEASE NOTE:
 FOR ALL EXCHANGES THAT NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR 2 PIECE AND 3 PIECE SUITS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETURN THE FULL SUIT IN PERFECT CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SUIT RETURNS:
When returning an item for an exchange, you MUST return the full suit. We cannot accept the exchange of only one or part of a suit.

FOOTWEAR RETURNS:
All footwear MUST NOT be tried on outdoors or on hard surfaces. Footwear must not have any visible scratches on any part of the shoe (especially on the bottom), otherwise an exchange will not be authorised.

REFUNDS:
If you return your items via our free returns process with Royal Mail, it can take up to 7 days to receive it back at our returns department. It can then take a further 5 to 7 days to inspect the items and process the return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email notification for the refund of any applicable items. The payment can then take up to 7 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank. Therefore, please allow up to 3 weeks after returning your item(s) to receive the refund. If not received after this time, please check with your bank or credit card company.
