EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE TO UK PURCHASES ONLY.

Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition.

Items such as underwear and swimwear are exempt and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty due to health and hygiene reasons.

PLEASE NOTE:
 FOR ALL EXCHANGES THAT NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR 2 PIECE AND 3 PIECE SUITS – PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETURN THE FULL SUIT IN PERFECT CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You have 14 days from receiving your product to return any unwanted items back to us. We will not, under any circumstances, accept an exchange or refund for items that have been sent after the 14-day exchange period.

If we find your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the product/s.

SUIT RETURNS:

When returning an item for an exchange, you MUST return the full suit. We cannot accept the exchange of only one or part of a suit.

FOOTWEAR RETURNS:

All footwear MUST NOT be tried outdoors or on hard surfaces. Footwear must not have any visible scratches on any part of the shoe (especially on the bottom), otherwise an exchange will not be authorised.

Refunds

If you return your items via our free returns process with Royal Mail, it can take up to 7 days to receive them back at our returns department. It can then take a further 5 to 7 days to inspect the items and process the return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email notification for the refund of any applicable items. The payment can then take up to 7 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank. Therefore, please allow up to 3 weeks after returning your item(s) to receive the refund.
