We try to do everything we can to leave you pleased with your experience. Below is a legal guideline but we can be more flexible.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries about these then please contact us at info@howardandcoattire.com before placing an order.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by UK law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been made for use within the United Kingdom and under the UK law. We will take into account requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under the local law are not offered to you.
A contract between the customer and Howard & Co Attire for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers’ credit/debit card/ PayPal account will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery and charges.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Items are sent from our warehouse with a green security tag attached any items which are returned with the green tag not attached will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Our underwear and swimwear products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty, due to health and hygiene reasons.
Pre Christmas we are flexible regarding returns and exchanges. It’s obvious if an item has been just ‘tried on’ or if it’s been worn many times! if just tried on, we’ll accept returns for up to 2 weeks after Christmas for any item bought from 1st December, so you can order with freedom. (dependent on stock)
We do not offer a paid for returns service so this is liable and your responsibility to package and return the item to our below address within the UK, please feel free to refer to the Royal Mail website for making your return.
For any exchanges there will be a re delivery shipping cost again to send out your replacements within the UK andI for nternational customers The returns address is:

Please ensure your name, address and requirements are included. REFUNDS & PROMOTIONS (if applicable) Returning an item may affect a promotion that you were taking advantage of. For example; if you used our ‘buy three items and get the cheapest free’ and then returned an item, your refund would be calculated on the price of the three kept items.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit/debit card and PayPal. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. This is also the same when returning an item and if there is any added important fees this is your responsibility

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

We endeavour to display through the website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status of your order will be notified to you on your order confirmation.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

UK DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders placed on the website are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. All orders over £300 come with free 5 working days delivery (if placed before 14.00 PM weekdays). Any orders under £300 will be subject to a £9.99 delivery charge.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Howard & Co Attire nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Howard & Co Attire or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
